BUSINESS AFTER HOURS is the Salt Lake Chamber's premier monthly social hosted and sponsored by different chamber members. It provides a host with an opportunity to showcase and promote their business. It is a great networking opportunity for all who attend.

Business After Hours is a monthly networking event designed to bring 150 – 200 business professionals together to meet and build relationships in an informal setting. 

As you complete this application remember the information provided will become information used to promote the event if is selected.

It is a private, non-profit organization that represents businesses statewide. (If yes, the Chamber will distribute two drink tickets on behalf of the Facility Host at the registration table.  Only two events that are alcohol free will be scheduled per year)

Will you be providing door prizes YES  NO
Will you be providing a microphone for welcome comments and drawings normally announced at 6:15 p.m.? YES  NO
(Note: The Chamber does not have a microphone.  The host must provide one if you would like to make announcements.) 
Can you provide us with an 8' table and 4 chairs for registration? YES  NO
