Entrepreneurial Success Award - Vienna Bistro
A Celebration is certainly in order to congratulate Chef Frody on his first three years of success as the “Vienna Bistro.” In the midst of a construction zone at the north end of Main St., Frody has created a destination eatery. The elegance that welcomes you upon entering the Vienna Bistro is hand-crafted by Volgger himself. With the help of a few great friends, Chef Frody transformed this Historic space into a space that is truly one of his own. The quality craftsmanship that was put into the beautiful wood floors, marble counter tops and handmade tables directly reflects the meal you will be served. The Old World tradition of food preparation won’t go unnoticed; each meal is created from scratch just for you, with only the highest quality foods available.
Vienna Bistro is proud to be serving fresh, local and organic homemade food. Each delightful dish is created in house, with the freshest ingredients. We support local farmers and purchase organically grown produce to provide our guest with a healthy, all natural dining experience.
