While we typically face change when trying to achieve results, many of us and our organizations are facing performance disruptions. This requires a new way of thinking about how to achieve results as the old way of working through change doesn’t pay off. This interactive presentation looks at five simple principles of transformation that individuals and organizations CAN do, despite what is happening around them in order to achieve their Best Year Yet.

Kimberly Kniveton MBA, ACC, owner and founder of Ascent Coaching & Consulting, brings over 17 years of organizational development, leadership training and coaching experience to her clients. Kim’s passion is supporting people and organizations in working together to achieve results and believes that building and maintaining trusting relationships provides the ultimate competitive advantage. Her clients comment that her fun, positive and engaging personality all contribute to helping individuals and organizations achieve success.
Kim’s clients include small businesses to large Fortune 500 organizations where she was a key member in fostering organizational change. While Kim currently lives in the United States, she has also lived and worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Kim is currently part of the adjunct staff at the University of Utah Professional Development Center and sits in various board positions including the Salt Lake City Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the 2009 President of the Utah chapter of the American Society for Training and Development
(ASTD).
Kim has a BA in psychology and communications, obtained Her MBA in 2000 and received her coach specific training from CoachU. Kim is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Emotional Intelligence Advanced Practitioner with the 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, qualified to perform the Life Styles Inventory both with individuals and within organizations, qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is certified in the SEI™ Emotional Intelligence Assessment. Kim is also licensed to run both team and Professional Producing Results programs with Best Year Yet®.
