The Salt Lake Chamber is Utah’s largest business association and Utah’s Business Leader™. With roots that go back to 1887, the Chamber has been standing as the voice of business, supporting its members’ success and championing community prosperity for over 100 years. The Chamber represents over 4100 businesses statewide and one in every three jobs in the Utah economy. Chamber affiliate organizations include the Downtown Alliance, Women Business Center and World Trade Center Utah.

Be proud of your association with the Salt Lake Chamber and post our "Proud Member" logo on your web site, advertising campaigns, publications, etc.  Why advertise your membership?  In a recent survey it was found that: 

• Most consumers (59%) think that being active in the local chamber of commerce is an effective business strategy overall. It is 29% more effective, however, for communicating to consumers that a company uses good business practices and 26% more effective for communicating that a business is reputable.
  

• When consumers know that a small business is a member of the chamber of commerce, they are 44% more likely to think favorably of it and 63% more likely to purchase goods or services from the company in the future.
